The Site Superintendent’s primary responsibility is to oversee the field construction of a project and to ensure that work is completed on time, on budget, and to the level of workmanship specified. In order to accomplish this, the Site Superintendent uses his or her leadership skills to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff. The Site Superintendent has exceptional knowledge of the General Contract, each Subcontract, contract drawings, and other specifications.
