We Offer Cash Back

Most recruiting agencies do not give the placement fee back to the employer if a candidate bails within the guarantee period. What the typical agency will do is start the search for another candidate and replace the one who is gone. Not at One Tech!

Our agreement is written that we offer a pro-rated money back guarantee. However, it does have to be for the right reason – it can’t be that there is a lack of work or something like that, and it must happen within the guarantee period.

We Don’t Charge Additional Fees

One Tech offers contract-to-hire after six months without additional fees. Let’s explain that a bit further!

Contract-to-hire agencies often charge a fee if the employer wants to hire a contractor for full-time work. Many other agencies will charge a “finder’s fee” for the candidate if the company hires them full time. We do not do that, as long as it’s past six months.

We Understand Technical Lingo & Positions

No need to explain – we already know the difference between a drafter, designer, GIS tech, surveyor, PM vs technical engineer, etc. The average time our team has in this industry is 19 years!

We Save Employers Time

As hiring experts, we understand that having a huge stack of resumes doesn’t make the process any easier. We’ll never inundate you with 40-plus resumes!

Instead, we identify and present you with the top three candidates for each position. You then give us feedback on who you’d like to interview or what their resumes are missing. With that information, we refine our search and present three more candidates at a time until we find the right match.
